By accessing or using the Quant Auras platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. Quant Auras reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are effective as of April 6, 2026 and apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers of the platform.

Quant Auras is a financial analytics platform that provides:

• Real-time and historical market data sourced from third-party providers
• Company profiles, financial statements, and valuation metrics
• Custom stock screeners and filtering tools
• Institutional ownership tracking and insider data
• Quantitative ratings and proprietary scoring models
• Market dashboards, earnings calendars, and news feeds

Service features may change from time to time as new functionality is added or existing features are retired.

• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• Data may contain delays, inaccuracies, or errors from third-party data providers
• Quantitative ratings are analytical models, not buy/sell recommendations
• You should always conduct your own research and consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions
• Quant Auras is not a registered broker-dealer or investment advisor

Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Paid Plans

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually according to the selected plan
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• No refunds are provided for partial periods after renewal
• Quant Auras reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice

Free Tier

Free usage may be limited in terms of rate, features, or access frequency. Quant Auras reserves the right to modify or terminate the free tier at any time.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Scrape, crawl, copy, or redistribute data from the platform
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or other user accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's performance or security
• Redistribute or republish market data without written authorization
• Use automated tools (bots) to access the Service beyond normal usage limits
• Impersonate any person or entity, or make misleading representations

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

All content on Quant Auras — including but not limited to design, trademarks, logos, proprietary scoring models, algorithms, and software — is the exclusive property of Quant Auras or its licensors.

• Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use
• Commercial reproduction, distribution, or sub-licensing is prohibited
• Market data is licensed from third-party providers and subject to their own terms

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Quant Auras is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• Quant Auras shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service
• This includes, but is not limited to, losses arising from trading or investment decisions made based on data provided through the platform
• In all cases, Quant Auras's total aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months

We take your privacy seriously. By using Quant Auras, you acknowledge that:

• We collect and store minimal personal data necessary to operate the Service
• We will not sell your personal data to third parties
• We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our services
• All communications are secured with SSL/TLS encryption
• Cookies are used for user experience enhancement and session functionality

Quant Auras may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent or abusive activities
• Payment failure on paid subscriptions
• Compliance with legal or regulatory action

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. No refund of previously paid fees will be provided unless required by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
